Our Bathroom Installation Process
As bathroom installers working across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch, we handle everything from the first measurements to the final seal. Here's how a typical project runs.
1. Home survey
We visit your home at a time that suits you, look at the existing bathroom and the pipework behind it, and talk through what is and isn't working for you. There's no charge and no obligation to go ahead.
2. LiDAR room measurements
We scan the room using LiDAR to capture accurate measurements of every wall, alcove and service position. That means the suite, panelling and tiling are planned around the real room rather than rough dimensions, so there are fewer surprises once the old bathroom comes out.
3. Catalogues and samples
You can browse catalogues and handle tile, panel and worktop samples before you decide anything. Seeing finishes in your own light makes a genuine difference, and we're happy to leave samples with you while you think it over.
4. Quotation
You receive a written quotation setting out the works and what's included, so you can compare it properly against anyone else you're speaking to.
5. Coordinated installation
One team looks after the whole job — strip-out, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling and the final fit. We coordinate the trades and deliveries so the work runs in the right order, and we tidy up at the end of each day.
6. Handover
We walk you through the finished bathroom, show you how everything works and hand over any product paperwork and warranties.

Bathroom Installation Questions
How long does a bathroom installation take?
Most full bathroom installations take around one to two weeks from strip-out to handover. Larger rooms, wet rooms and jobs involving structural or drainage changes can take longer, and we'll tell you the expected timescale in your quotation.
Do you supply the suite, tiles and fittings?
Either way works. We can supply everything from our catalogues and samples, or you can buy your own suite, tiles and fittings and we'll install them. Just let us know which you'd prefer at survey stage so the quotation reflects it.
What guarantee do you give?
Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year. Products such as suites, showers and boilers carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we hand over that paperwork when the job is finished.
Do you remove the old bathroom?
Yes. Full strip-out and removal of the old suite, tiles and flooring is part of the installation.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Poole and work throughout Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, Ferndown, Verwood and the surrounding Dorset towns, plus parts of Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Can you convert my bathroom into a wet room or walk-in shower?
Yes. We fit level-access wet rooms and walk-in showers, including grab rails, shower seats and other adaptations where they're needed. You can read more on our home adaptations page.
Can we still use a toilet while the work is going on?
Where the property has a second WC we'll plan around it. If it's your only bathroom, we'll talk through the practicalities at survey stage so you know what to expect.
